Sketch 37 Tulle or Ribbon

This week in Sassy Cheryl's challenge http://sassycherylschallenge.blogspot.com/ you had a choice of ribbon or Tulle. I chose to go with ribbon for this challenge. I chose a ribbon that has an icy cool feeling to it and yet lite like tulle.
Supplies:
  • Cricut Joys of the season cartridge for the wreath, tag and poinsettia
  • Martha Stewart snowflake punch for the center of the poinsettia
